These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our website and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the website.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Referral Program


Referral bonuses (e.g., up to ₹100 per successful onboarding) are credited after the referred parlour completes a paid registration.
BookingPlus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

  1. Registration Fee
    • A one-time registration fee is required to activate your account on the BookingPlus Parlour Booking System.
    • This registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to account deactivation, discontinuation of services, or dissatisfaction with the platform.
  2. Service Access
    • Upon successful payment of the registration fee, users will gain access to the BookingPlus system and its features as per the selected plan.
  3. Account Responsibility
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and ensuring all information provided is accurate.
  4. Modifications
    • BookingPlus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the system implies acceptance of the updated terms.
  5. Termination
    • BookingPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of the platform’s policies, without refund of the registration fee.

Free Banner Plan

  1. Free Banner Eligibility: The free banner is provided exclusively to BookingPlus clients under the Free Banner Plan to help promote their parlour, salon, or related services.
  2. Mandatory Branding: All free banners under this plan will include the BookingPlus logo and branding elements as part of the design. This branding must remain visible and unaltered on all platforms where the banner is used, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and physical prints.
  3. Prohibited Actions: Clients must not remove, crop, blur, cover, or hide the BookingPlus logo or branding from the banner provided under the Free Banner Plan.
  4. Plan Cancellation: If BookingPlus finds that the client has removed, hidden, or altered the BookingPlus branding on the free banner, the Free Banner Plan for that client will be immediately cancelled without notice. The client will no longer be eligible for any future free banner designs under BookingPlus.
  5. Usage Rights: Clients may use the free banner only for their own business promotion and may not resell or distribute the banner to others.

Premium Membership Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility & Mandatory Compliance
    All Premium Parlour Owners (“Members”) are required to:
    • (a) Attend at least one Business Growth Training session every calendar month; and
    • (b) Use the BookingPlus platform exclusively for all customer bookings.
  2. Compliance Period
    Members must comply with the above obligations on a continuous 30-day basis.
  3. Non-Compliance & Termination
    Failure to meet the compliance requirements shall result in the automatic suspension and/or cancellation of Premium Membership benefits without prior notice.
  4. Premium Benefits
    Membership benefits (including but not limited to exclusive offers, promotional privileges, and growth support) are conditional and shall only remain valid while the Member is in full compliance with these Terms.
  5. Member Responsibility
    Members are solely responsible for ensuring timely training attendance and usage of the BookingPlus platform. BookingPlus shall not be liable for any loss of benefits arising from non-compliance.
  6. Exemptions
    Members who are already attending trainings and booking through the BookingPlus platform are deemed compliant and unaffected by this policy.
  7. Amendments
    BookingPlus reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


Professional Branding Plan

Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription

  • This subscription is valid for 28 days from the activation date.
  • Subscription starts after successful payment.
  • The subscription is non-transferable.

  • The plan includes 28 Instagram Followers during the subscription period.
  • Followers are delivered gradually and organically where applicable.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on account activity, content quality, and Instagram policies.
  • BookingPlus does not guarantee engagement, likes, comments, or future follower retention.
  • Followers already delivered cannot be replaced if users unfollow later.

3. Design Library

  • The plan includes access to 300 Premium Designs.
  • All designs are professionally created and owned by BookingPlus.
  • New designs may be added from time to time without prior notice.

4. Design Ownership

  • Every design available in this portfolio is created exclusively by BookingPlus.
  • BookingPlus owns the copyright, layouts, graphics, templates, artwork, and presentation format.
  • Customers receive only the right to use the designs while their subscription remains active.
  • Ownership of the designs is never transferred.

5. BookingPlus Logo Policy

  • Every design contains the official BookingPlus logo.
  • The logo is mandatory on every design.
  • The logo must never be removed, cropped, hidden, blurred, edited, covered, recolored, or replaced.

6. Logo Violation Policy

If the BookingPlus logo is removed or modified:

❌ Immediate permanent account deactivation.

❌ Permanent cancellation of all active subscriptions.

❌ Permanent loss of cloud storage.

❌ Permanent removal of portfolio access.

❌ Permanent cancellation of all benefits.

❌ Permanent ban from future BookingPlus subscriptions.

❌ No refund under any circumstances.

7. Customer Usage Rights

Customers may:

✅ Use the designs for promoting their own business.

✅ Share their BookingPlus portfolio.

✅ Display the portfolio online and offline.

Customers may NOT:

❌ Claim BookingPlus designs as their own.

❌ Remove the BookingPlus logo.

❌ Modify the designs.

❌ Sell or redistribute the designs.

❌ Upload BookingPlus designs to another portfolio platform.

❌ Share the design library with others.

8. Copyright Policy

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of BookingPlus.
  • Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Cloud Storage Policy

  • Cloud storage remains active only while the subscription is active.
  • If not renewed within 10 days, portfolio access and stored data may be permanently removed.

10. Renewal Policy

  • Maintain continuous renewal to keep all services active.
  • Missing a renewal resets the 3-month loyalty reward cycle.

BookingPlus may temporarily suspend services during maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.

BookingPlus securely stores portfolio data. Customers are advised to keep backups of their own business content.

Customers must not:

  • Remove the BookingPlus logo.
  • Copy or distribute BookingPlus designs.
  • Upload illegal or copyrighted content.
  • Misuse the platform.
  • Share account credentials.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

BookingPlus reserves the right to:

  • Update designs and features.
  • Modify pricing and storage limits.
  • Suspend accounts violating policies.
  • Update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

16. Limitation of Liability

BookingPlus is not liable for losses caused by:

  • Instagram policy changes.
  • Internet or server failures.
  • Device issues.
  • Third-party service interruptions.
  • Customer misuse.

17. Account Termination

BookingPlus may permanently terminate any account involved in:

  • Logo removal.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Fraud.
  • Platform abuse.
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

18. Acceptance

By purchasing the BookingPlus Design Portfolio Plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All portfolio designs are created and owned exclusively by BookingPlus.
  • The BookingPlus logo is mandatory on every design.
  • You accept all Terms & Conditions of this subscription.
  • Violation of these policies may result in permanent account termination without refund.


VIP Business Branding Plan

Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription

  • This is a prepaid subscription valid for 28 days from the activation date.
  • The plan becomes active only after successful payment.
  • The subscription is non-transferable.

2. Instagram Followers

  • The plan includes 28 Instagram Followers during the subscription period.
  • Follower growth depends on account activity and Instagram policies.
  • BookingPlus does not guarantee engagement or long-term follower retention.

3. Custom Designs

  • The plan includes 100 Premium Custom Designs created exclusively for the subscriber’s business.
  • Designs are customized based on the business’s branding and requirements.
  • Reasonable revisions are included.
  • Unused design credits expire at the end of the subscription period.

4. Design Ownership

  • Custom designs delivered under this plan may be used by the subscriber for business promotion.
  • BookingPlus retains the intellectual property rights to its design templates, creative concepts, and production methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Logo Policy

  • Under this Premium Plan, BookingPlus branding/logo is not added to the final delivered designs.
  • Customers may not falsely claim BookingPlus proprietary templates or design assets as their own for resale or redistribution.

6. Cloud Storage

  • Cloud storage remains active only while the subscription is active.
  • If the plan is not renewed within 10 days after expiry, stored portfolio data may be permanently deleted.

7. VIP Support

  • VIP Priority Support is available only during the active subscription period.
  • Support availability is subject to business hours and service policies.

8. Business Growth Training

  • Access to Business Growth Training is available only while the subscription is active.
  • Training schedules and content may be updated by BookingPlus.

9. Payment Policy

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
  • All payments are non-refundable after activation.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must not:

  • Upload copyrighted or illegal content.
  • Misuse the platform or services.
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized persons.

11. BookingPlus Rights

BookingPlus reserves the right to modify plan features, pricing, storage limits, support policies, and these Terms & Conditions with prior notice.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing the BookingPlus Design Portfolio Plan – ₹2,999/Month, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
