If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our website and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the website.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Referral Program
Referral bonuses (e.g., up to ₹100 per successful onboarding) are credited after the referred parlour completes a paid registration.
BookingPlus reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
- Registration Fee
- A one-time registration fee is required to activate your account on the BookingPlus Parlour Booking System.
- This registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to account deactivation, discontinuation of services, or dissatisfaction with the platform.
- Service Access
- Upon successful payment of the registration fee, users will gain access to the BookingPlus system and its features as per the selected plan.
- Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and ensuring all information provided is accurate.
- Modifications
- BookingPlus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the system implies acceptance of the updated terms.
- Termination
- BookingPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of the platform’s policies, without refund of the registration fee.
Free Banner Plan
- Free Banner Eligibility: The free banner is provided exclusively to BookingPlus clients under the Free Banner Plan to help promote their parlour, salon, or related services.
- Mandatory Branding: All free banners under this plan will include the BookingPlus logo and branding elements as part of the design. This branding must remain visible and unaltered on all platforms where the banner is used, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and physical prints.
- Prohibited Actions: Clients must not remove, crop, blur, cover, or hide the BookingPlus logo or branding from the banner provided under the Free Banner Plan.
- Plan Cancellation: If BookingPlus finds that the client has removed, hidden, or altered the BookingPlus branding on the free banner, the Free Banner Plan for that client will be immediately cancelled without notice. The client will no longer be eligible for any future free banner designs under BookingPlus.
- Usage Rights: Clients may use the free banner only for their own business promotion and may not resell or distribute the banner to others.
Premium Membership Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility & Mandatory Compliance
All Premium Parlour Owners (“Members”) are required to:- (a) Attend at least one Business Growth Training session every calendar month; and
- (b) Use the BookingPlus platform exclusively for all customer bookings.
- Compliance Period
Members must comply with the above obligations on a continuous 30-day basis. - Non-Compliance & Termination
Failure to meet the compliance requirements shall result in the automatic suspension and/or cancellation of Premium Membership benefits without prior notice. - Premium Benefits
Membership benefits (including but not limited to exclusive offers, promotional privileges, and growth support) are conditional and shall only remain valid while the Member is in full compliance with these Terms. - Member Responsibility
Members are solely responsible for ensuring timely training attendance and usage of the BookingPlus platform. BookingPlus shall not be liable for any loss of benefits arising from non-compliance. - Exemptions
Members who are already attending trainings and booking through the BookingPlus platform are deemed compliant and unaffected by this policy. - Amendments
BookingPlus reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
